MissionPoint Health Partners to become Ascension Care Management June 1

MissionPoint Health Partners announced today that it will change its brand to Ascension Care Management (ACM) on June 1, 2017.

In 2016, Ascension Risk Services, MissionPoint Health Partners, and US Health Holdings, which includes Automated Benefits Services (ABS), ABS Managed Care Administrators (ABS-MCA) and US Health and Life, joined together as ACM, an Ascension subsidiary. Ascension is the largest nonprofit health system in the U.S. and the world’s largest Catholic health system.

ACM is a population health engagement company offering a range of customizable services to three primary groups: providers, members, and payers. It has over 500 employees and offers services to 1.3 million individuals across the nation, including 315,000 receiving population health services.

The MissionPoint Health Partners brand change to ACM will go in to effect on June 1, 2017 pending approvals from all appropriate regulatory agencies. No operational changes are expected at MissionPoint’s locations.
