What is Mindfulness Meditation?
Meditation is a means of transforming the mind, and has been a valuable tool for reducing anxiety and improving well-being for centuries. Mindfulness is being aware of the present and accepting your thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgement. Combined, mindfulness meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm understanding of the world around you.
Practicing mindfulness meditation can help you cultivate a new, more positive way of being. It can also help you deal with stressors in your life.

Breath-Anchored Sitting Practice
This guided meditation on the breath will help you to establish a formal sitting meditation practice. It is approximately ten minutes, and has interval bells each minute to gently remind you to bring your attention back to the breath. It can also be a great reminder for self-compassion and accessing peace throughout our busy lives.
